Once a vendor processes and ships your order, you will receive an email update. You can also log into your Trade Axis account at any time and navigate to the "Orders" tab to check the real-time status of your purchase.

Because Trade Axis hosts many independent sellers, return policies can occasionally vary. Generally, if an item is defective or not as described, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please review the specific vendor's store policies on their profile page for exact details.

While you can browse the entire marketplace as a guest, you will need to create a free account to complete a purchase. This ensures you can easily track your orders, communicate with vendors, and save your delivery details for a faster checkout next time.

Once a customer's order is marked as complete, the funds are credited to your vendor dashboard. From there, you can easily request a withdrawal, and the funds will be transferred directly to your registered bank account or mobile wallet.
